Chicken Tikka Roti Wraps

Chicken Tikka Roti Wraps

1kg chicken fillet cut into cubes.
2 tbsp Osman’s Taj Mahal Chicken Tikka spice
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp Osman’s Taj Mahal Ginger Garlic Paste cook in blend
¼ cup oil

2 tomatoes (blended or 2 tbsp tomato paste)
½ cup double cream yoghurt
1 tbsp flour
Pinch of red colouring

Rotis
Lettuce
Lemon wedges

Mix together Tikka spice, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and oil. Coat chicken in masala.
Marinate for a few hours. Heat some ghee in a pan. Add chicken pieces and cook until tender. Add tomatoes and cook until chicken is done. Remove chicken pieces from pan and grill in oven for 20 minutes or until nicely browned. You will have some leftover masala in the pan. Add yoghurt and mix well. Add flour and colouring mix well and heat until gravy thickens.

Place roti on a plate. Smear with gravy, Add chicken onion and peppers. Serve with lemon wedges and salad.
