Mexican chicken wraps, stuffed with delicious enchilada sauce n cheese. Baked till golden ????

Recipe:
Chicken 1lb
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2tsp
Jalapeño 1 chopped
Onion chopped 1/2 large
Flour tortillas 4
Enchilada sauce 1 1/2 cup (homemade sauce recipe see below ⬇️)
Mexican cheese blend 1 1/4cup
Refried beans 4tbsp

Take a baking dish and brush it with oil. Preheat oven at 350F. Add chicken to a pan with some oil. Fry till white then add salt and pepper and onions with jalapeño. Cook till no more water is left. Take one tortilla and spread enchilada sauce 2tbsp, add refried beans 1tbsp in the center. Then add prepared chicken then add 1/4 cup cheese and roll the wrap. Place all the wraps in a baking dish and cover with enchilada sauce and some chopped onions and 1/4cup cheese. Bake for 20-22mins. Enjoy!

**Home made Enchilada sauce**
2cups broth, 3tbsp oil, 3tbsp flour, garlic 1/4tsp, tomato paste 2tbsp, white vinegar 1tbsp
spices; salt and pepper to taste, 1tsp red chili powder and 1tsp cumin, 1/4dried oregano
Add oil to a pot, add in flour, let it sizzle and whisk for 2mins. Add in garlic and tomato paste. Mix and add spices. Cook for a minute add in the broth and cook on low for 7mins till sauce thickens. Add vinegar and black pepper.
