No fancy ingredients or spices, just good old fashioned wholesome home cooked food ????

Khuri
Liquidize -
1 500g inkomazi
1 tomato
1 onion
2 green chilli
3 tsp Chana flour (Maziena)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp tumeric
Half bunch dhania (coriander)

Vagaar
5 curry leaves
Half tsp whole jeero (cumin)
Half tsp mustard seeds
Half cup oil
1 whole chilli

Once you fry all the vagaar add in the liquid mixture and let it cook for 15 mins medium heat until it boils. Remove and let it simmer

Khitchri
1 1/2 cup basmatic rice
1 cup pink dhal (optional)
2 tblsp oil or ghee
3 tsp salt
1 tsp tumeric
1 cup water
Wash rice and deal together. Add to half pot salted water. Bring to a boil and drain starch. Stream on low heat for 10mins

Aaloo Fry (Potato)
4 potato thinly sliced
Half cup oil
Half tsp mustard seeds
8 curry leaves
1 tsp coarse red chillie powder1 tsp salt
Half tsp tumeric
Add oil to the pan with curry leaves and eye. Add potato will all ingredients  and simmer on medium heat until potato soft.

Sweet Pumpkin
1 Bag Cut and Cubed Pumpkin
2 Heeped Spoons of Cinammon and brown sugar combined.
Grated Butter on the top
Bake on 200°c for 30mins or until soft
