Crispy & crunchy chicken & cheese masala stuffed bread pockets

These are filed with chicken and cheese masala mixture coated with egg , bread and corn flakes crumbs and grilled on the skillet …

Ingredients

- [ ] Bread slices 4 < 1-2 days old >
- [ ] Butter 8 tablespoons < 2 tablespoons each on every slice >

For coating

- [ ] Eggs 2
- [ ] Salt to taste
- [ ] Black Pepper freshly crushed

For filling
Chicken & cheese masala mixture

- [ ] Boneless chicken boiled and shredded 200 gms
- [ ] Onion 1 small sliced thinly
- [ ] Green chillies 1 sliced thinly
- [ ] Capsicum 1 /2 sliced thinly
- [ ] Carrots ???? 1/2 sliced thinly
- [ ] Chili garlic sauce 2 tablespoons
- [ ] Red chilli flakes as per choice
- [ ] Salt to taste
- [ ] Black pepper 1 teaspoon
- [ ] Mozzarella chesse 1/2 cup

Mix all well to form chicken and cheese mixture

For top coating
Corn flakes and bread crumbs crushed finely 2 cups

- [ ] First apply the butter on the bread slice evenly
- [ ] Then apply the chicken and cheese filling and cover with the other slice
- [ ] Then coat these with the egg mixture
- [ ] Then coat these crushed bread crumbs and corn flakes mixture
- [ ] In the frying pan add 6 tablespoons olive oil and shallow fry until golden brown from both sides
- [ ] Cut into two slices and enjoy with ketchup and chutney
