CHICKEN TIKKA PASTA ????

For chicken Marination:
⭐️Enough Salt.
⭐️1 Tbs Lemon juice.
⭐️1/4 Cup Curd or Yogurt.
⭐️1 Tbs Ginger Garlic Paste.
⭐️1 Tbs Kashmiri Chilli Powder.
⭐️1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder.
⭐️2 Tbs Olive oil.
For the Gravy:
⭐️2 medium size chopped.
⭐️1 Tbs Ginger and Garlic Paste
⭐️2 medium size Tomato ( purée)
Spice Powders:
⭐️1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder.
⭐️1 /2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder.
⭐️Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
⭐️1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder.
⭐️1/2 Garam Masala Powder.
⭐️1 Tbs khasmir chilli powder.
Preparation:
⭐️Clean and pat dry the boneless chicken pieces.
⭐️Marinate the tikkas with the items indicated. Set aside.

Process:
Frying the marinade chicken tikkas,
⭐️Heat oil in a frying pan and place the tikkas
Fry on medium heat for 2 mins and then turn on the other side.
⭐️Continue to fry it on medium heat on the other side for another 2minutes.

Making the gravy:
⭐️Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onion and sauté till light brown in colour.
⭐️Add the ginger garlic paste.
⭐️Add the tomato purée, give a mix and add the turmeric, red chilli pwd, khasmir pwd and cumin pwd Mix and cook for 2 minutes.
⭐️Add the fried tikkas, give a mix and enough water and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

Pasta
⭐️Into a pot add 600g pasta ,enough hot water salt and olive oil.
⭐️Once pasta cooked strain the water.
⭐️ Add the pasta into a chicken tikka and mix well.
⭐️Finally add some cream and chopped coriander leaves and serve.
