I have made this super delicious Seekh Kebab Biryani with chicken Seekh kebabs.

-Rice sella (soak and boil them 75% with Garam masala, salt and 1 Tbsp of oil)
- Chicken seekh kebabs (6 cut in 2)
-Fried Onion 1 cup
-Tomatoes 3 medium
-Yogurt 1 cup
-Biryani masala 1 Tbsp (any brand)
-Chilli powder 1 Tbsp
-Coriander 1 Tbsp
-Whole Garam masala
-Cumin seeds 1 Tbsp
-Dried Plums 4/5
-Lemon juice 2 Tbsp
-Green chilli 3/4
-Mint & coriander leaves
-Salt to taste
-Oil 3 Tbsp
FOR LAYERING
-Boiled rice
-Prepared Kebab masala
-Tomato 1 medium
-Lemon sliced 2/3
-Fresh coriander 2 Tbsp
-Fresh Mint 2 Tbsp
-Orange food colour 1 Tsp
-Ghee 1 Tbsp

-In a pot add oil, fried onion, tomatoes and fry until tomatoes get tender
-Add mentioned dry masala and cook well for 5 minutes
-Add yogurt and cook until water dries
-Now add Seekh kebabs and fry for 3/4 minutes
-Sprinkle green chilli, mint, coriander, mix, cover and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

LAYERING:
-Take a pot, pour 1/2 Tbsp ghee in the bottom, spread half rice evenly
-Spread prepared kebab masala on top of rice
-Place tomato & lemon slice -Sprinkle coriander and mint leaves
-Layer again with remaining rice
-Sprinkle orange colour and more coriander & mint leaves on top of rice
-Pour remaining ghee
-Cover with foil and lid. Cook on low flame for 20 minutes

Your super quick and delicious Kebab Biryani is ready
