???????????????????????????? 65 recipe card for ya... I love this Indo-Chinese recipe filled with the flavours of aromatic bell peppers. If you enjoy stirfries then you will love this. Serve over fluffy basmati or Jasmine rice.
Chicken 65

500g Chicken fillet cut in cubes
Marinade
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
¼ tsp tumeric powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp corn flour
1 egg
1 tsp Salt
Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl, add chicken and allow to sit for a few hours in the fridge.
Deep fry in oil till done, set it aside.
Sauce:
1 green chilli
6-8 curry leaves
1 onion, sliced in chunks
½ red onion, sliced in chunks 1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Juice of ½ a lemon
justplated.
Method
Heat oil in a pan, add green chilli and curry leaves. Fry for a minute. Add onion and peppers and stirfry for few minutes on high heat.
Season with chili powder and salt. Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
Return the fried chicken to the pan and toss to coat. Squeeze fresh lemon juice and garnish with coriander..
