Schezwan stir fry noodles

These stir fry noodles are loaded with chicken and colorful vegetables with a savory sauces . A remake of the take out favorite that tastes even better than what you’d get at a restaurant!
For chicken:- 2-3 chicken boneless (cut into chunks)
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
Salt
1 tsp Chinese salt
1 egg
2 tbsp schezwan sauce
2-3 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tsp red food color(tandoori color)
Chicken need to be cleaned, washed and pat dry before you proceed.
It should not be wet…. Ginger garlic needs to be minced finely.
Mix chicken with all above ingredients.
Keep in fridge for 1/2 n hour.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the pieces until fully cooked, its boneless so should take less than 3 minutes.
For noodles:- 400 grm egg noodles (boiled)
Salt
Pepper
1/2 cup cabbage
1 carrot cut strips
1 cup green,yellow n red pepper chopped
1/2 red onion sliced
2-3 green chilies
1/2 cup red cabbage
1/2 cup spring onion
Chopped coriander
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp garlic
2-3 tbsp schezwan sauce
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp chili sauce
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
Add same oil from fried chicken in a pan.
Add the garlic and ginger to the pan. Cook for 1 minute.
Now add both cabbage,green,red n yellow pepper,spring onion,red onion n carrot.
Stir well.
Now add fried chicken n boiled noodles.
Keep stirring n add all sauces,vinegar,salt & pepper. Keep stirring another 1 min.
Then lastly add chopped coriander n mix well.
Serve immediately with coriander n chopped spring onion.
