Profiterole originally invented in the 16th century by an Italian chef.
Boy oh boy did she invent something amazing, right!?! I've been wanting to make some since Ramadaan and haven't gotten down to.

Ingredients
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
Method
Bring water and butter to a boil in a saucepan.
Remove off heat and add flour.
Bring back to heat on low and mix with wooden spoon until a ball form.
Remove from heat and cool completely.
Add one egg a time and beat well each time.
A smooth batter will form.
Pipe onto non stick tray and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 mins.
Reduce heat to 100 degrees Celsius and bake further for 10mins.
Once done remove and cool completely.
Slice tops and fill with custard and whipped cream.
