Tender lamb chops⬇️

These lamb chops were super tender and delicious ???? paired with some creamy mashed potato, and voila !! Perfect combo ????????
????add a little oil to a bowl
????add 1tsp salt, cumin , chilli flakes , oregano , garam masala , Cajun seasoning , lemon juice , garlic and ginger. (You can add more spices etc later on- use the back of a spoon to taste the masala, this was you’ll know whether or not to add more)
????mix it all up and marinade your lamb chops. I left mine overnight for extra flavour.
????add oil to a pan and shallow fry your lamb chops, turning occasionally, until you have your desired tenderness.
You can also grill/ oven bake or air fry.
